Световна премиера на пиесата в този вариант, която изпълнихме на бис след представяне на моите аранжименти на Чайковски - "Годишните времена" и Брамс - "Вариации върху тема от Паганини" със Симфоничен оркестър - Пазарджик под диригенството на Григор Паликаров. Видео кадрите на това изпълнение бяха любезно предоставени от няколко човека от въодошевената публика.

The amazing prelude in G Minor by Rachmaninoff, arranged for Piano and Orchestra.
I have arranged this prelude in a quite innovative way, featuring very fast alternation in the main theme between the piano and the orchestra. The middle part is even more emotional and influential with the support of the strings and even the woodwinds. And the step by step getting back to the main theme again with mysterious pizzicatos until the bombastic final again with fast alternation of the piano and the full orchestra until the piece finishes with the beautiful ethereal passage of the piano, as if nothing had happened before.

So rach 23 5 is a sweaty piece. The trade off with the orchestra was impeccably timed and the rubato was just delicious. And I truly appreciate the climax octave stuff, it was clear and ridiculously quick. Bravo

Thank you so much! This arrangement was quite a challenge for me, especially with the idea of the fast alternation between the piano and the orchestra. It really requires a great deal of concentration to be in perfect rhythm.

I understand the concept but unfortunately your obsession with turning great piano pieces into concerti to inflame your ego and sense of grandiosity feels to have reached a comical level here. Please, if you want to be a great pianist or composer, be those things. But don't go rearranging piano classics as concerti, it's disrespectful and simply bad.

I think Georgii is very brave when he was creative with classical music. Because creating something new can make you receive criticisms, it's harder than simply well playing piano. And I like what he symphonized with this piece. He did great!

If you're going to adapt it for piano and orchestra actually develop it. His version just changes the instrumentation, and glorifies him despite his piano part just being part of the original piece.
