I have a quick question.. I just ordered an IE downpipe. I'm currently running an APR Stage 1 and DSG tune. The only other mods I have, if you can call it that, is a K&N drop in filter and snow guard removal. My question is If I don't immediately get reflashed to stage 2, what are the risks if any?

Can definitely absolutely walk a 5.0 with an IS20 combined with a DP and a decent tune. Can stay out ahead of a headers E85 one if you have a good roll and brake boost it.

zero issues so far. it won't spools as fast as stock turbo but the difference in spool time is minimal for the amount of power you get. appreciate the support! check out the latest race vid if you haven't

Most of those runs are ppl who wanted to stay at an awk 50-55roll (in their powerband). Tried Waiting for them to line up, while looking out for cops and watching for traffic in front. Edited footage does not show that. Not the end of the world. But thanks it’s a fun car, private runs are much closer and even.

It’s a “JDE Is38 plus” turbo. Oem spec to golf r so not a hybrid turbo

Atm I’m just running an “off the shelf” IS38 tune from IE. I also am only running stock fueling and my state (Colorado) only has 91 gas. Planning on getting MPI down the road though and maybe meth injection. I haven’t dynoed my car yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if I was running in the high 300hp range to the wheels. Great turbo though was not that bad to install and it really is a noticeable difference from the IS20 no doubt.
