iirc, gen. 2 FE cars were used in EA's Real Racing 3, same with gen. 1 cars. Could be wrong.

pit strategy is an intricate part (something that is integral is very important or necessary) of any race,... along with tire management playing a crucial role and an exacting measure concerning the fule load and how a vehicle changes throughout a stint!! project cars 3 gets a big fat "f"!! fans of simulation racing will see this title in the 1/2 price ben. Oh and david kirk on pd blew it big time perhaps you need to set in on a physics demonstration over at bugbear entertainment ! Ya should just called this “project arse” (arcade racing simulation experience)

The gen 1 car is also in real racing 3 and the gen 2 is also in RR3 and asphalt 8 and I think it's in 9 and there's supposedly a few games trying to get the gen 2 Evo car that was originally supposed to be the season 7 and first official fia world championship season

Technically speaking, this isn't the first video game appearance of the gen 2 Formula E car, but the first appearance that I know of is Motorsport Manager Online, so... that doesn't really count.

I sent a letter to Codies for them to make a Formula E game with every season, driver and track from 2014-2020. Hopefully it happens so they can be FE Exclusive.
