Man that's almost two stone by UK measurements (14lb per stone) and that's really solid work you shoudl be proud of! I've lost about 20lb also so we're both on the right track, annoyingly I can't run due to severe arthritis and chronic pain but I play to win and don't ever give up. You keep going too mate, a positive attitude will get you there and every little achievement will compound like interest and before you know it you will be feeling amazing and exuding confidence! 🤝
