Love the Gemera so much. It would be one of my top picks for a Speed Champions also. Doing the 4 seater in those dimensions would be a design challenge for sure

Won't happen: knockoff brand already released in the last 1/2 years versions both of the Jesko and of the Gemera. Unlicensed, of course, but I doubt lego would be making a product which have a direct competition and comparison. Yes, they'd be selling more, but that's not the point. The point is that the community would have a comparison, and LEGO would expose itself to people directly comparing it aesthetically and functionally to knockoff brands, that's why in the past years they picked recently released cars, or even not yet released cars (like the Daytona and the Sian), to be sure that no competition would be present at the moment of the launch

As for the three questions: 1. I think we'll definitely see a fifth brand, in a fifth different color, to keep on differentiating the collection. For many reasons I doubt it will be a Koenigsegg or a Lotus, I hope it's the Valkyrie, but it could be any brand and model, since most likely LEGO will be working on a not yet revealed car, so that they have the exclusive. 2. They'll never do that, but I WISH Lego was to make a 1:8 scale replica of a F1 car. More detailed than the McLaren F1, larger, with custom wheels and rims and with more functions 3. As for the functions, my dream F1 1:8 scale lego set would be featuring working DRS (activated by a simple lever near it, no need for a complex mechanism that can be activated from the cockpit) and most importantly working gearbox. As you Balazs I started not enjoying so much the gearbox on recent supercars, since it serves no real purpose. On the contrary on an F1 model it would pose a challenge both for designers as well as for builders, since it would be really complex to pack the gearbox in the rear with the engine due to the limited space and the complex shape of the engine cover and rear as a whole, plus the complexity of incorporating a paddle shifting mechanism on the front of the car, due to the even more limited space. They could even be attempting a movable paddles mechanism as CaDa did in their Viva Hypercar. I repeat: i am aware they'll never make such set, it'd have a very limited market, they will stick with supercars, BUT I only say that a F1 car would be a challenge to design, and would be for us consumers a really challenging set, giving a purpose to overlooked functions like the shifting mechanism and the gearbox

Man, it's been too long we've had any ferrari f1 car at all. The RB19 would be sooo good too, also given how iconic it has become. Another icon like the Ferrari F2001or the Mclaren MP4/4 would be the most instant of instant buys for me. F1 icons from the 50's as well, like the Ferrari 500 or Alfa 159. A man can dream, ey?

1 - I'm probably thinking about either the Koenigsegg CC850 or the Jesko Attack 2 - Though it's not gonna happen, my dream LEGO Technic 1:8 scale car would be either the 1994 McLaren F1. 3 - Would like to see some unexpected functions, like adjustable spoiler (if it was the Jesko), a converter from manual or automatic transmission (just like the real thing for the CC850)

To me the issue with Koenigsegg is the category of cars they make. 1/8th has always been supercar. Koenigsegg is technically a hypercar. As I sat here and typed that it hit me, the Chiron is a hypercar. So disregard on that lol. I'm dreaming of a Koenigsegg for the next one but from my understanding its seemingly a Mclaren.

I think it's most realistic we will see an AM or McLaren. for Aston Martin, I would love to see the Vulcan (In British racing green/dark green), Valkyrie (In dark gray or AM Green, but if it's gonna be the Valkyrie I doubt it would be AM green as they have to make a new color for that), or DBS (In black or Burgundy), but if it's gonna be an AM, it will probably be the Valhalla (in white), the next car in the 00 line of AM. If it's gonna be a McLaren, I think I and most people would love to see the P1 (which I give a low chance for it to be that yellow-ish orange color) or 765LT (in Dark blue). I do think that they have the biggest chance for Mclaren.

Hopefully a lot of new parts will come with that set. I'm hoping for it to be orange or dark green. As for features and functions - I would hope they'd make a set that you can pull out whole "power pack" so engine and gearbox as a whole and easily replace it with RC kit, and then put it back if it goes on shelf.

1) I have a feeling, that the new 1:8 model would be from Pagani. Looking that, Pagani and Lego made a first collaboration in Speed Champion line. Would be cool to see some breathtaking models like Pagani Zonda R, with that crazy big wing, or something from the newer models, like Huayra. Pagani cars, sometimes, look like out of this world and when you look at it, you know it is Pagani. For Mclaren or Koenigsegg, yes they are also, cool and all, but some sort of "cherry on top" is missing. It is simply a guess. We will see. 2) Dream model, I'm a Muscle car and JDM car lover, but I don't think that LEGO will make 1:8 scale 1969 Chevelle SS or "VeilSide" Mazda Rx7. However it would be cool to see some legendary real race cars, for example from "24h of Le mans": Mazda 787B, or some variant of original Ford GT40, something like that. Maybe don't take track cars, take different racing, like rally. Would be awesome to see 1:8 scale legendary rally cars from famous "Group B". Yes there was Audi Quatro, but hey... there were a lot of crazy models who, still in this day are legendary. So, yeah, that's kind of it.

The Pagani Utopia in white would be my favourite choice, primarily for its unique shape. But after watching the video I'm thinking it may be a Lotus. I saw a 1:8 Pagani Huayra moc with adjustable seats and aeroflaps which shifted with the steering, both of which might be good additions in terms of functionality at this scale.

It's an older car but a Dodge Viper GTS would awesome to have at the Technic 1/8 Scale. It would need to have an engine, gearbox, steering and such. It would be interesting to see if they can do all of that with a front engine car as the past ones have been mid-engine.

1. I think a McLaren would be probable because it’s a very well known brand with many supercar models to choose from. 2. My dream LEGO Technic 1:8 Vehicle as of right now would be the Koenigsegg Jesko because it is one of my favorite cars and I would love to see how all the little details and curves are handled with LEGO pieces. 3. I would love to see some of McLaren’s small details come into play. For example, if they went with the Speedtail, I would love to see the airbrakes, the smooth curved back of the car, and the interesting shape designed.

It’s realistically probably gonna be a McLaren p1 in yellow for many reasons. First it’s a hypercar and by the looks of the 1:8 scale cars, they are all hyper cars but with the exception of the Porsche however the Porsche was the first one and Lego never knew what would happen to the line up. It could also be a p1 because of its launch colour being yellow so perhaps a yellow p1 similar to the speed champions one and yellow hasn’t been used yet.The Chiron was launched in blue and Lego made it blue, the Sian was launched in olive green but Lego made it green, the Daytona was launched in red and Lego made it red and the 911 was launched in orange and Lego made it orange

I would honestly like the yellow Lotus like a lot as yellow is the color that is missing from the previous cars, and it will look awesome next to the red ferrari, orange Porssche, yellow lotus, green lambo, and the blue bugatti, and it will look like a wonderful hue.

Based on what I already own and did not build yet, I'd want a car with working headlights, taillights, opening doors, a transmission, an engine, forward, reverse, steering that is better than "all or none", along with an adjustable suspension height and a spoiler in the back that adjusts, plus maybe a convertible roof retract. Add a 6 or 8 channel lithium USB charged battery with 2.4GHz remote to power the motors and you have what I would hope Lego would release. Note: The CADA AMG One is really cool. Lego license agreements will affect what car they release this year for obvious reasons, since the brand relationship is already there, instead of trying to create a new relationship from scratch. I have so many favorite cars. The Mustang Shelby Cobra. The Mustang back from the 1980's. The Dodge Viper. The Ferrari F40 or the one from Miami Vice. A Pontiac Firebird with T-Top. An IROC-Z Camaro. A Dodge Viper. A Corvette Stingray. The Lambo Countach. Hopefully the build will be solid, unlike the parts that fall off the back of the Chiron, and the tile plates fall of the bottom of the doors. Get some chrome parts in the build. Also, try to make sure the color is the same, unlike the Sian with the shades of green here and there. Stick to a color where the parts will match please.

I could see Lego do a great 1:8 scale version of the current Corvette Sting Ray in a canary yellow. It would make since the Sting Ray is now Mid/rear engine design like most of the other super cars in the line and yellow is the only primary color that hasn't been used as yet. An Aston Martin Vanquish would be another great choice, though yellow isn't a traditional Aston color. I would love to see Lego go an alternative route and do a Rolls Royce Phantom, Silver Spur or perhaps a boat tail coupe. If not a Roller, perhaps a Bentley Turbo....For features...Chrome pieces would be amazing but I'm guessing the manufacturer process could get expensive and the chrome coating may still flake off... :(

1) I daren't speculate on what brand the next one will be, but if it is an Aston Martin it would have to be Dark Green which would make me very happy 2) I would love to see a purple Gumpert Apollo or a teal Zenvo Aurora (a Danish car!!) 3) I would like to see some sort of clutch & flywheel mechanism to enhance the existing engine/gearbox representations. I also wouldn't mind more complex models of electrical components such as a detailed brushless motor or regenerative braking (made from ABS, not actual electronics)

Im a huge fan of the 2000’s Ford GT, really hope Lego at some point gives us any model of that, 1:8th would be awesome. Would also love to see their take on a Pagani Zonda, that is such a wild looking car that I’d love to see Lego tackle it 3. I would love to see Lego do an RC 1:8th scale set honestly. Sure itd be crazy expensive, but maybe having a bit less mechanical functions and RC functionality instead of some of those features could be interesting to see. Also, I would love to have a more complex active aero system on a car. I doubt its something we’d ever get but the Zenvo TSR-S for example could be cool to have a mechanical version of that in a Lego set

I think now after 4 sets to establish a standard, it’s time to do something different. For question 1, a recent McLaren would be my “safe to bet money on” option. To Question 2, complete pipe dream but due to preferences I’d love to see an older American car like a Pontiac trans am, or c3 corvette. Question 3, I’d like them to shake up the gearbox design for once, not quite sure what they could do, but the usual gearboxes have become less cool with how often they are used now. Maybe it’s time to start modeling the gas and brake pedals.

I personally believe the set next year is most likely to be an Audi, judging by the speedd champions sets that are coming out next year, not the ones from this year. What I would like to see as a 1:8 set would be a Koenigsegg Jesko, it's just beautiful. As for the features, a realistic clutch mechanism in a technic car would be nice. I would also like lego to improve their electronic parts variety and maybe start introducing their own EL wire and smaller LEDs and include them in a wide variety of high end sets.

1) My guess would be the AM Valkyrie, but I'd rather see the Valhalla if they're going with AM. I like McLaren, so I'd be happy with something from them. 2) My personal choice of supercar is a Maserati MC12 in original colors, but there's already a great looking MOC out there for that. As a 2nd choice I like another poster's suggestion of the Alfa Romeo 33. 3) I don't know what I'd pick for functions. I think if they did a e-car then a proper rc kit for it would be smart, but I think that would make the 1:8s even more expensive than they already are.

I’d love to see the Audi PB18 e-tron as a 1:8 even though it’s just a concept car I think it has a very unique design and would be an amazing statement piece. I also think the fact that the wing is retractable could be an interesting build challenge for the design team and builders alike.

1. I really hope for Koenigsegg, it'll be insta buy for me. 2. Going with supercar trend i'd like to see GMA T50 or Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale in this scale. 3. There is only one right answer considering previous question. Working fan system with all aero tunnels on GMA model will be insane.

I think it would be really great to see a YELLOW Lotus! No matter the exact type. Could be realistic. My personal wish is to see a Citroën SM as 1:8 Technic Supercar, and of course it should have (hydro)pneumatic suspension!!!

Question n°1: I also expect a McLaren to be the next 1:8 supercar but not the 750S, rather I expect the McLaren Senna to come out. Question n°2: My dream 1:8 Lego Technic vehicle would be a Ferrari Testarossa (in bright pastel pink cause why not go full 80s Vice vibe, though I know they would never do it in that specific colour) or a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 7. Question n°3 A motor with a bit more power than the usual motors that they provide, accompanied with a gearbox that has actual different gear ratios and (wishful thinking) a cockpit camera, would be nice

I think the 2024's car going to be a purple Mclaren 765LT. Fits in with the vibraant colors of all the current ones. As for which 1:8 scale car I want, it would be any newer Koenigsegg, like a One:1, Regera, Jesko or Gemera.Would be pretty cool to se a Mazda MX-5 too, since it's very cute and you could make an automatic folding roof, like on the RF variant.

I would like a Land Rover Discovery SVX. That was an off road concept for the Discovery. I would like a v8 fake engine, an 8 speed gearbox with low range, 4 wheel drive, and opening dors, hood, and tailgate.

Aston Martin Valkyrie (PLEASE LEGO), though I think the AM-RB 003 or Vanquish is more likely due the the Valkyrie having difficult to replicate underbody (little room for structural support and a transmission 3. Better interior details, some representation of cooling package even if not visible (e.g. coolant lines and radiators), active aero other than (or in addition to) a spoiler, and maybe some sort of modular build so you can easily take off sections to see their inner workings.

Supercar wise, pigani or Koenigsegg. What would be even better, is a 1:8 HGV. V8 Scania t cab longline. 12 gears, air suspension, V8. Fully customisable chassis with regards to drive axles, wheel base, lift axles, rigid or articulated. Limitless possibilities.

Koenigsegg Gemera was my guess and hope already 2022, because it was still in prototype phase. I still hope it, because a) WE NEED THOSE DIHEDRAL DOORS! b) Gemera has two different motor options - why not introduce that as a new feature in the supercar line-up, different motors you can build with the same parts? c) It would be the first four-seater, again something new! All in all, it's such a cool car, and of course, we need those four carry-on bags, especially since we got none with the Ferrari! I think this would bring the highly anticipated dense package.

My guess is that the new supercar will be the McLaren 750s in dark green. I would love to see the Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing as an oficial model, with a 6 speed manual transmission, a working clutch, height adjustable suspension, more detailed interior, moving supercharger, opening sunroof, and more.

I would venture my guess for 2024 Lego Super Car would be the Pagani Utopia in Pearl Grey or a Lotus Evija in Yellow. That said I would like to see Lego expand the Super-car idea with a Cars of the past in 1/8th scale technic. My first one would be the 1970 Hemi Barracuda. I would like to see attention to details in how the innerworkings of the vehicle, fuel lines, exhaust - to add to the visual representation.
