Not really. Coming from a healthcare background I can tell you it's not. A lot of factors come into it like genetics or your diet (because it can affect your bowel movement) but technically it's not about drinking alcohol itself

Bloodshot eyes, swelling of mucous membranes, and yes, hemorroids too. While it is not the disease origin, it IS a trigger, and as such, is considered as a causal factor. Tl;Dr: if you have a predisposition, drinking alcohol regularly _will_ cause you Ji.
