That's ryzen processor power only if you use ryzen 3 3200g pair it with rx 570-90 and a ram @ 2933mhz for gta v 8gb ram, for no issues 16gb ram, good to set it higher for other games.

Forget about an i5-3470. Just wait till Ryzen 5000 has been fully launched [januari ??]. [and the new 4XXXG APUs are also on the market] Start with a good motherboard like the B550 or X570 and by the time you've saved the money it will be cheaper and the 4200G [or whatever its nomenclatura will be] will also be on the market. Waiting for the i3-10100F and buying a second hand video card is also an option. The Vega 8 is not a good streaming device.

That will force the motherboard to run in FLEX mode, that doesn't always go well, it could be that the complete RAM is running in single channel mode. Even if it is OK, you'll still end up with 4GB in single channel, especially the IPG needs dual channel RAM. Latency and speed should also be the same BTW.

Yea, I do light gaming on my 3200g. No graphics card, just use the HDMI on the Mobo. It only has 2gb of VRAM though, enough for 1080p on light games but struggles at times.
