Great tour! Thanks for the show and thumbs up to the camera man. Nothing like a place to retreat to for a therapeutic wash session etc. Def. upgrade to led lighting, 5k color if you can. Will brighten up the place and save some on that electric.

Yes, he did a great job for only being nine. I am strongly leaning towards LED bulbs. They work just fine in traditional fluorescent type fixtures, right? No retrofitting or anything?

@@RADGarage If you keep the fixtures then you will need to remove the ballasts as the high power will not be needed anymore. Also get the diffused type long tubes that spreads the light better, Not the ones where you see the individual LED's.

Thanks for the in-depth thorough tour of your garage/detailing studio! I love seeing videos like these because they give me ideas and inspiration for my garage. Man, you sure do have quite a lot of different detailing products haha. I usually go crazy and get rid of a bunch of stuff I no longer want to use because I have picked favorites, but I think what would help me keep more of my stuff is if I utilize some cabinets and whatnot to get stuff out of direct view. I love a cleaner look when stuff are put away and tucked away and your garage is a great example of that because you do have a lot of stuff but they are stored away rather efficiently! Great job making use of that space. Now I think it's time for me to get some more wall cabinets and utilized my walls more to create more floor space in my garage. Awesome video.

I did a thorough clean out last summer. I ended up giving a lot of stuff away to a neighbor, but I could probably pair things down further. There's products that I've never used, but getting rid of them is too difficult. I think you have just given me an idea for an upcoming Wash & Chat episode.

@@RADGarage I wish I was near you because I actually have a paint correction I need done on my truck. I had a quarter panel repair and they didn't cover all of hood and you can see the haze from where it was masked off and it's not rough but just a haze on it. I tried doing the black claybar but no luck, I'm thinking probably gonna have to wet sand and polish out. Thanks for responding to my comment about garage. 👍

There's a good chance a compounding will fix it. Wet sanding is usually if you have a deeper scratch. I'd happily hook you up, but where in the world are you?

@@RADGarage I'm in Mesa Az, Just outside of Phoenix. I was thinking of doing maybe a cutting compound. I know I'm strange and don't have social media lol but I have snapchat if you have that? Just thought maybe I could send you pics or videos. I'm lucky I have a big automotive paint store that carries all sorts of meguires cutting and polishes and pads. I also have a Chemical guys about 4 miles away also. I'm not affraid to get my hands dirty and try things I just didn't want to make it worse.

All this car youtubers and big garages, recently watched Mat from OG equipped a garage that has a separate wash bay and park/work area for 2 to 3 cars, equipment, tools and aditional garage and space for more cars...man, that's a lot, excessively. On contrary, this garage looks like home, it has charm of it's own and also very well organised. Great job Rad, you're living a dream.

I think u are talking about Ed bolians garage. Ed is a super cool guy but pretty pointless for his garage upgrade as he himself even admits that he doesn’t detail nor work on any cars in that garage so it’s going to end up just being for show.

It is a heart breaker, but I take solace in the fact that the car can, with the proper amount of time and effort, be returned to factory fresh condition despite the winter mess that awaits it outside. That said, I could really do with no more winters. Ever.

I have a hatred for cold weather and all of it's inconveniences that no language in the entire world could adequately describe properly and the level of hatred I have for it. Cold slaps you in the face when walking outside, and for me, it's downhill -- mood and tolerance wise -- from there. I CAN handle cold weather... I just don't want to! I HATE COLD WEATHER and WINTER! "Heat can be uncomfortable... but cold is painful!"

I’d get a side mount garage opener they have them for your size garage the motor isn’t big at all and you can then delete the rail in the middle of the ceiling .
