I have made vadais all my life in the traditional way.. Only urad... But now I'll try this method and let you know. I will be using mixie. Thanks for the detailed recipe. I watch your videos when I'm not sure about sm things and for spl tips.

Good evening madam I'm an ardent follower of ur recipies and try some which come out good. This Vada prep I tried today varalakshmi Pooja day I scrupulously follows ur direction and it came out well. Mostly ulundu Vada absorbs more oil but by flwng your dirn it doesn't absorbs oil much very good tasty I make curd Vada too great thanks a lot🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

வடை பொரிக்கும் போது வெடிக்குது என்றால் உளுந்தில் ஏதாவது கல் போன்ற பொருள் இருந்திருக்கும்.அதையும் சேர்த்து அரைத்திருந்தால் இப்படி வெடிக்கும்.
