I’m not Korean but I’ve lived in Korea for a little over a year. In Hwaseong but I go to Seoul a few times a months. In both places, I’ve seen girls put their makeup on and have a hair culler on in public (usually subway, subway station, bus, etc.) but I’ve never seen anyone putting on skin care products in public. 😂

As someone who has been in Korea for several months and is going to live there permanently soon... i dont understand the comments based on this video alone... idk who this is, if theyve said or done anything outside of this, but literally ive seen korean girls on the train doing their priming and makeup routine and have rollers finishing their hair 😭.
