Love how Naam talked about waffle an beans will have to try that. So the habbit for me that does not serve me is my sex addication. One of the hardest things i am battling but have decided to make it my priority one to recovary. My problem is i start the 12 steps and then think i am good and go back to my normal life and then fall back into old habbits. I have decided to work through all 12 Steps from start to finsih and see it through :)> The problem with lust is if you fullfill it then you get greedy and want more and more and more and if you dont fullfill it then you get angry so very hard one but i believe it can be conqured. Mine is phone in the bathroom as well as i eat late night as well lol:). Thats jokes i am praying will have to try that one lol :)

@Radhika Sir : start eating one fruit at night instead of random munching 😂 it won’t give any bad feeling (I too had this but fruit did magic🙏❤️)
