Excellent work. My only suggestion is to paint the plywood with an enamel based paint simply to protect the wood in the event of a leak vs cosmetic.

Is there heat transfer between the supply and returns in the floor by the manifolds? Does that area of the floor get really hot?

Has anyone ever told you to insulate the radiant piping near the manifold? Are we supposed to do that by code? I had an inspector tell me to insulate them, but I think she might be wrong.

I would like to add this to my shop 32x60 16ft Walls. Even on the hottest days in summer its cold in my shop. Never gets over 70 deg in summer but shop shop is night time temps, maybe 60 deg. Nov-March 30 deg to 45 and rain. PNW weather. I poured slab 13 yrs ago. Wondering if I could just Cap the floor with 3 inches of pea gravel. Does that affect the strength of the floor with the tubes in it? Would I need insulation under it or just a thin underlayment? Thank You

Many of these manifolds come with 1" supply and return. Is ot necessary to run 1" copper pipe to these, can it be 3/4"?

I notice that you have 3, 6, and 7 pairs per manifold. Are there different size manifolds available, or did you have to custom order?

Yes I believe they offer them pre assembled from 1-12 connections.

How do you decide how many zones? And I think you use 300ft loops could you use longer if they have them or would the heat dissipate before it got back to the boiler?

I decided zone based on which areas I'd do different temps or not use regularly. For instance we did a separate zone in our Master but we've never set if different from our main living area. Could have done it all one zone and saved on the extra pump. Hindsight I would have just done 3 zones - garage, house, man cave/shelter area. Yes, recommended 300' max.
