THANK YOU! That’s exactly what I’m saying! It’s weird he acts like that, especially his entire grossed out/uncomfortable reaction to it and “I can’t stop it from happening but just please don’t send it to me” attitude when he HIMSELF draws NSFW art of his own character in his patreon, as well as NSFW art of all the other girls in his thumbnails. He even drew NSFW art of Yukari from P3 with a tentacle slime monster (a minor btw, but that’s a different can of worms), not to mention his already pretty risqué art of Poppy in his regular thumbnails, so he kinda had it coming. All in all, it’s pretty hypocritical for him to react that way if you ask me.

It’s fine if you yourself don’t care about it, you don’t have to lol Also about Arin…Arin was around when the internet was a super edgy place, so seeing how long he’s been here I’m not really that shocked that he would’ve supported someone like Shadman, as terrible as that is
@drakegrandx5914 Жыл бұрын
@@cloudirubez07 Has Rad ever done anything explicitly NSFW? Because there's a difference between drawing a character in a suggestive pose, and making actual nude drawings of it. In the first case, many artists tend to see that as still a relationship between them and their own character - drawing a character in a certain way is perceived as an exercise or display of skill, a way to convey something about the character, or just a joke or otherwise humorous drawing. It's when it comes to outright NSFW depictions (whether it be implicit or explicit p*rn or just nudity) that such artists start to feel uncomfortable or even as though their character is being disrespected. What I mean is, we can't certainly equate a character being drawn in a suggestive pose to something like baalbuddy's comics.

Well, as far as personality, we can infer a few things 1) Confidence/sexuality. I mean, she do be showing off her chest a lot 2) Upbeat. She do be smiling a lot, that's pretty indicative of who she is. Also, with her primary colour of red, it implies some level of energy, as that's what that usually means in character design 3) Isnt _just_ happy. I mean, no one is. But shes very expressive, and emotive, even when not shown as smiling 4) Fashion. She seems to like changing clothes a lot 5) Dynamic. Seems to really like cool poses, as opposed to Poppy v1, which...was really just Rad standing around. 6) Has the same taste in games as Rad. I mean, duh, but still. 7) She's a gamer. I mean, if you wear a demonised broach on you at all times, particularly when you're wearing revealing clothes. That's a gamer. That's about all I got. But that gives us some impression of what she's like
@thewooddove22 жыл бұрын
I don't think you realize that revealing clothing often isn't sexual at all. Confidence maybe, but there is 0 sexual aspect to most women wearing clothing that shows off. The actual reason is the normalization of it by men and clothing companies pressuring women to wear less and less over time then shaming them for it. "You wear hoodies? You must be fat and ugly!" "You wear jeans? Your legs must be disgusting and hairy!" It's this kind of thinking that is destroying confidence in varying clothing. But also, women who show off are more likely to get some kind of positive feedback, yet also more likely to be assaulted. This "more skin = more attractive" attitude is why artists go for more revealing characters and curvier proportions, and probably why soda does it as well. More boob = more click

I do remember being confused when I first clicked on one of your videos expecting a women and seeing a man from New Zealand, but then I saw Bear Grylls and that was so much better then I ever would've expected.

I first clicked on one of your videos because of Poppy and I stayed because I find your comedy to have the right amount of “so crappy it’s good” type of comedy.

I totally relate to that whole naming thing my guy. Always prided myself on my storytelling and world building but I'll be damned if I can come up with a good name for like a character, or town, or whatever really. There's the occasional diamond in the rough but yeah I kid you not I have a heavily important character with edgy backstory, demonic powers and all, and his name is "Tim". It wasn't ironic when I first decided that. But yeah keep up the great work my guy! Always love watching your videos, especially in public with my headphones disconnected because they didn't notify me that the battery had run out!

Happy to know that she has name. And to know that she is her own character and not a just a genderbend.
