Sail number 74 is an rcsails-built Firdragon. Sail number 44 is an rcsails-built Nightmare Mk VIII. Sail number 46 is an Aardvark Shionobi Mk I. Sail number 49 is an Aardvark Shinobi Mk II. Quite a few breakages during the day: 49 broke its main boom, 46 broke all its eyes on the foredeck for the jib tack (and hence the fluttering jib luff when using the #3 rig). We experimented during the day with foils on the floats, but have found that for racing round a course we need to focus on using centreboards in the main hulls The Nightmare Mk III is still our best-behaved boat, possibly because it has a shorter centreboard compared to the Firedragon so is more controlled when flying 2 hullls. Boats 44, 46 and 49 use sails by Heinz Bohn from Germany. 74 uses sails by Frank Russell of Australia

I don't know whats going on with your setups Ian, but there is no way my centreboarded Shinobi could keep up with the float foil one...
