Thank you, I’ve been collapsing the canopy wrong the whole time and put a bow in it and now it curves instead of being flat. You made it look so easy and it was easy to fold the canopy.

What's the support for the padded seats like? Seems like there's only a horizontal bar under the padded seat, can you actually feel the bar when putting pressure on the padded seat?

there a few metal bars under the seat then there are two plastic seats under the fabric so all you feel is a smooth plastic seat under it.

The wagon itself? Just push down in the middle of the wagon to lock it open. It almost opens by itself

After taking a wheel off I don't recommend doing it. Let's just say once it's on it's on. The only difference between the right and left is the red cap on the inside or outside.

The red caps are on the inside in the front so it pulls when using the wagon . I don't want to mess up the wagon by keep using it with the wheels backwards I didn't read the instructions either at first 🤦😂

The wheels should be fine the way they are it's more of a headache getting back off and on again they definitely were not designed to come off once put on.
