Tbh, most pentaholics have seen the videos so many times that we understand. It's not PTX who is the issue of blocking. And you just got hit by the PTX 2x4. Yup, you got PTX hammered. PTX doesn't do covers, they do upgrades. The best video of comparisons is the PTX version of "Gold". Watch the original by Kiara first, for as long as you can. She had to use computers to sing her own song. The way Mitch sings it will damage your brain. Have your wife near by to call the paramedics when you get to that.

I've seen reactors think that Mitch was replaced because Mitch changed his look so often. I've also seen reactors think Kirstin was replaced because she dyed her hair. It is confusing to see a video five minutes after watching another video but not to realize that years had passed in between. They sound exactly the same (i.e. perfect) but they have grown up and changed their styles.

This was my first PTX video. I searched radioactive on KZbin and this was higher on the search results than Imagine Dragons. They blew my mind! You should try watching their very first performances on the Sing Off. The trio were 19 and Mitch skipped his High School graduation in order to audition with the others. Their 12th performance there had the first Mitch Slap. And I love Saucey Packets or Sauce Packets.

Carol of the Bells...the official video is one of their first videos. There is also a live version from their recent TV special. Plz react to either one or both since u have studio vs. Live and one with Avi and one with Matt. Each of their parts is so intricate its amazing when they put it all together. And apparently Mitch doesn't need to breathe like a normal human lol. The recent life version is not from their record label so could avoid copyright issues I'd think. The 2 other Xmas songs I really really hope u react to are 12 Days and o come all ye faithful. Both are completely different than any version you've heard b4.

When I first started my “Pentaholic” journey, I was aggravated when fans would say “PTX does upgrades”…I thought what hubris!!! Well, seeing and hearing is proof! This song is a perfect example, even if you’re not willing to go with “upgrade” at least admit that they take certain songs and “make them their own”. No disrespect to Imagine Dragons, but I listened to their original…I barely recognized the song.

There's a reason they call her the dancing violinist. Lindsey is fabulous to watch. I just took a few to hunt for an old video she made called "Shadows," in which she gets into a bit of a dance-off with her own shadow. It's great. That dissonant scrape that Kevin made sent chills up my spine, and looking at these guys in all their scruff was awesome. Yes, Mitch has changed a fair amount since 2013. As has Kirstie (wow). Scott has matured nicely, but looks like his hair is just fixed in time. Remarkable. Kevin has changed, but it's subtle. Avi, whoa. He would have fit right in with Mad Max. Just keep working your way through whatever PTX strikes your fancy - we'll come watch you watching. :) ETA: I've never heard Imagine Dragons, so I went to check their video out of curiosity and I am laughing myself dizzy. I have never heard anything bad by Pentatonix or Lindsey Stirling. Some of my favorites by Lindsey Stirling are "Elements", ",Master Of Tides" (Performed live on the streets of Las Vegas), "Phantom Of The Opera" and "Shatter Me" with Lzzy Hale. Lindsey Stirling was on America's Got Talent in 2014 and didn't make it past the judges cut, Howie Mandel told her "I just don't see this as a Vegas show. I don't think people would want to watch it for an hour.", paraphrased. Since then she has done many world tours, at first as an opening act for Amy Lee and now on her own. She has performed with many top artists besides Pentatonix, like John Legend, Lzzy Hale, Amy Lee, Peter Hollens and many more. Her cover of "Your A Mean One Mr. Grinch" with Sabrina Carpenter singing is phenomenal. Though she doesn't sing very often, she sings in her cover of "Santa Baby" and in her"Lord Of The Rings Medley", using different voices for each. I would rather be called something like a "Flying Saucer".

He didn’t lose weight from being sick he admitted to suffering from an eating disorder where he became too skinny. He has since gotten it under control and a is much healthier now. That’s why he spoke so highly of project heal. They helped him through it.

Thanks for another wonderful reaction to Pentatonix! Love seeing how they support each other and the success they have achieved after such a difficult start in their careers. Lindsay started out with 'Americas Got Talent' and was eliminated early on with Piers Morgan telling her that she sounded like she was strangling cats and Sharon Osbourne telling her the solo hip-hop was not working and she needed to find a group to play with. Kevin had created and perfected his celloboxing to give it more of a hip-hop feel that everyone could appreciate. Pentatonix won the 'Sing Off' but the promised recording contract dropped them after a week stating acapella was a novelty that would not sell, not enough people would listen to them. They struggled financially and posted their work on You Tube and became very successful-- they always appreciate their fans. You would enjoy one of their early originals, "Sing". Very fun and upbeat video they made with their fans after inviting them through social media to join them at the pier.

The group actually formed as a whole literally days before their audition for the show, and they won the season. They were *that* good *that* early.

You can see him on The Home Free win episode of the Sing Off, where PTX came back as guests. singing I Need Your Love. He was dressing very usa male at this point, don't think he had the confidence that came over the next year to become his beautiful unicorn self.
