KO calls it "celloboxing" when he's beatboxing while playing the cello; it was a YT video of him doing that which got the original trio's attention when they were looking to participate in _The Sing Off._ That's when they added him and Avi, and the rest, as they say, is history. This is the video that introduced me to both PTX and Lindsey. I've been following her her since, seen her live once, and voted like mad for her in Dancing With The Stars Season 25. Yes, she knew more than zero about dancing going in, but so did Jordan (the season winner)...

Sizzlik Yes Avi left PTX according to himself because he needed to slow down and be with family. He also stated he would still be making music, which he has been doing since he left, just at a much slower pace than what was happening with PTX. He said it had always been a problem for him emotionally to keep up, not to misrepresent what he actually said, but that was my take away from it. His new band if you will are comprised solely of his close personal friends and people he has a very deep connection to as far as I understand it. He even collaborated with KO from PTX in one of his new videos, and as far as I know they are all still friends. Avi just couldn’t keep the pace of PTX, and he had to take a step back and be with his family, and do his own thing..

Okay, I've gotta request this, above all: Dee, that lovely lady that plays the violin is none other than Lindsey Stirling. She is absolutely, incredibly talented. If I may request a reaction song, I'd request her song Crystallize. That song is beautiful, and the video is well-shot and well put. Either that or Roundtable Revival. She's played alongside many, many artists and is a powerhouse that's only about 5' tall! I truly hope you get the chance to listen to it. And thank you for doing these vids! I'm really enjoying it!

I think this was the first ever video of PTX that I ever saw and I thought it was good, but when I started seeing their other stuff I liked it better when I found out they're an acapella group most of the time. I noticed the weight change in Mitch too. So I went from seeing videos of them from this time to seeing a SuperFruit video where Mitch was really skinny and had the bald head and I thought he was sick. I actually googled to see if he had been sick or something. I was glad when I found out he wasn't, but I think he looks better in this video than he does now.
