@Luke Reid Also the same tech ie: Plank for their instruments and for the beatles, is Mal Evan. Except the beatles quit touring and be a studio only band. Radiohead also almost like the Beatles in that sense after OkC era. They'r too tired/sick to tour and/or see each other again. Kid A is a saver.

Very good point! When I took my two sons age 14 and 12 to see them outside Boston weeks before 9/11/2001 they put on a GREAT show and I remember being so impressed with the clarity of the sound! We could make out every word Thom sang and it was just the right volume.

Talk Show Host was a feature song on the movie Romeo & Juliet, that's why it's hot. It kept playing everytime Leonardo Dicaprio was being slick. Also why it's really good is because Radiohead was turning "experimental" between The bends & Ok Computer and they used that song as a transition [ they kept their rockstar ways by experimenting with a new style. ]

This brings back so many memories. I was lucky enough to see this live. Belfort was rocking that year. I could only do the one day and what a day. Live, biohazard, chemical brothers, smashing pumpkins and radiohead. This set will go down as one of the greatest sets and i feel privileged to have experience it. 🍄❤

I saw them in Paris same tour, October 1997. You could tell they were so done with touring. They played Creep but you could tell Thom hated it. But that rage they had for the song translated into pure, raw emotion. It's one of the best gigs I've ever witnessed! (It's on the "Meeting People is Easy" film.)

Being able to hear the rythm section live as opposed to the mix is absolutely astounding, Colin and Phil got me jamming to no surprises of all songs. Radiohead truly is an every member is a beast type band. On the albums, I can always hear Jonny and Thom clearly, but Colin, Phil, as well as Ed don't really get justice mixing wise. Being able to hear all 5 members contribution clearly live is truly magical.
