To non guitar players, they may not appreciate how hard it is to perform an intricate picking melody the entire length of the song while simultaneously singing in a vocal line that allows for almost no breaks and really long breath holds. Thom makes it look like the easiest thing in the world.

My son learned this first thing he taught himself to play guitar at 11. He’s very talented and loves Radiohead decades after I did.
