This is the coolest!! I have 2 on pre-order right now. Finally heli tech is progressing!

Now I have to become a better RC pilot to work up to a Heli, love the solder less setup. Nice 👍

what kind of Tx16s is that? The transmitter looks very high quality with metal buttons

Does it have a stability mode for beginners ?

You have your answer in the first minute of the video, it will allow hover "hands-off" for short periods. It doesn't have GPS currently so the model will drift but it will make learning a lot more easier than the flybared models I learnt on.

@@st200ol That shows it's stable , but does it have a stability mode like most current FBL controllers have. This is not clear.

@@winstonsmith7801RF2 has 3 different stability modes (angle, horizon, trainer) and a rescue mode.

In my opinion a terrible product as it is far too complex and tedious to setup due to little product support.....it takes hours of trolling through menus and most of them are not even needed...the firmware team need to make firmware for individual products like one for heli and one for drone etc as currently it is a one shoe size fits all product and it does not work. Even when you finally set it up you are then expected to take it for a flight to work out the gain control value and input the value again.....what’s that all about. Mine drops off the usb bus to the extent you have to reboot the entire pc to get it back on as a hardware scan does nothing for it, my pc never drops hardware off the usb bus so something weird with the hardware on the nexus 'me thinks'. The calibration menu when selected by mouse can easily start increasing or decreasing by itself like a phantom ghost and could easily burn out a servo due to over force...the mouse was not even near the setting but the setting starts to increase or decrease by itself after leaving the setting it thinks you are still there and keeps adjusting it...firmware team needs to address this issue ASAP. I remain baffled as to how a simple mechanical/electronic device can have so many menu adjustments (6-axis MEMS motion tracking device, which combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer)....i mean are we really saying that any rc pilot would notice the difference if a couple of these settings were changed and are they really changing as much as they claim to be ,personally i think it is over engineered purely to make sales.......i bought two of them and count me out for any future purchases unless the firmware team make it usable i will put mine aside as they leave me baffled. Fact...It needs to be made child proof as the kids these days will be too lazy to set it up. Currently it is only for real heli experts who like learning new stuff.... i would like to hear from some expert pilots to see if they notice any difference flying it or could they tell the difference if they were not told which fbl controller was installed in the heli? Jonas videos are excellent and without them i do not think anyone would even be able to make a start as the rotoflight manual is lacking around heli. Radiomaster setup for TX is also rubbish for setup of heli and ELRS rotoflight setup, i asked them for help with a TX file and they more or less said RTM. Please take into account that I am an idiot with a low IQ who is aging by the day so my conclusions may be tainted by my experience and these experiences could well be due to lack of knowledge. Dissapointed......i will keep mine on the shelf until some config files are available.
