Yea man you pay over a g for a watch I know that’s not a lot for a watch but it is a lot for me, I’ll look into a supper macro but my Hamilton doesn’t have and dust

I've seen this common with rado's. Some worse then others. Also, the Hamilton khaki auto I did was a bit worse with dirt in there as well. The Red oris aquis I did had a lot too.

I really concern about the plasma high tech ceramic bezel. Looks nice, but I don't know how durable it is againist thermal shock situations or physical impacts. Please share if you have any information or experience about this topic.

I own this watch, I've worn it quite a bit in different scenarios and haven't had any issues, even though I tend to be a bit rough with my watches. An advantage of the ceramic bezel is that it won't pick up any scratches, so it looks as perfect today as when I bought the watch. My wife also owns the 35mm version. No issues there either.

Definitely a nice looking watch. I don’t know how I missed this episode. Anyway. Yeah a bit large. I like those 37mm Golden Horses by them. Especially the blank dial with concentric circles

I have a d-star 20p diver from RADO in blue. They really know how to make a great dial. But as you mentioned - when you look close you can see a lot of dust. When you notice it you cannot unsee it. When the sun hits the watch from certain angles you can clearly see the dust and it sucks. RADO watches are not that affordable, their automatics are usually around 2k so seeing dust is not a good thing.

​@@EscapementWatch Np, glad to help. I think RADO makes great watches but I really don´t like dust under the crystal. But I sent it to a watchmaker and he got most of it out, so I´m happy now. Other than that the watch is great. I bought it over Aquis and I´ve never regretted it.

You’ve let us know that the bezel is some sort of ceramic hybrid but not if it exhibits the same properties as a typical ceramic bezel. Is it similar to the scratch-proof ceramic bezels we see on other watches? I’d also suggest trying to avoid asking the viewers what they think a dozen or more times over the course of the same video. We don’t have the watch in hand, so we can’t have a reasonably informed opinion about every detail. We’re watching to hear what you - the person who is actually handling the watch - thinks about it. Re: the QC issue… for a watch in that price range it is clearly pretty bad, based upon your macro images, and if I were you I would have reached out to Rado for comment before posting, so you could share their response. Any casual watch collector spending that much is going to have an issue with it and if that’s not a one-off example, that’s terrible QC.
