Stop wearing spring training t shirts in every game. Anyone with a set of eyeballs can see red shirts with black lettering doesn't match navy blue hats with a red B that is a different shade of red than the shirts. The Red uniform looks better when they are batting because the helmets are darker and match better with the shirt. Pair the red shirts with a black hat that has a Hanging Sox logo on it with a shade of red that matches the shirt. Not complicated. Wear them once a week, not 7 times a week. That's what the word "alternative" means. Tired of this Busch league nonsense and these Mickey Mouse uniforms.

They’re Midnight Blue, Scarlet Red and White. But for the most part, I agree with you, I’d like to see the 1970’s jerseys worn once in a while with the Red hats, or else bring back the cream colored jerseys they wore from the late 30’s until the 60’s, they were beautiful. I don’t mind the Red jerseys if they wear them once a week, but get rid of the Nike swoosh on the front and put it back on the sleeve. It’s annoying.

@@Longenecker1776 Yeah my color descriptions are definitely not exactly right you are right to correct me. I'm realistic about the corporate side of it and I understand the Nike swoosh has to be on the jersey. That doesn't bother me as long as every team has to do it. If they wore the uniforms you listed as alternates I would be ecstatic. The alternates they wear now aren't even uniforms they are just t shirts they sell in the pro shop and the players like them because they are made out of a lighter fabric. The obvious solution is to make uniforms that feel good and also look good. The second part seems to have eluded them.
