There is something incredibly beautifully about being on the mats for so long, that you see the smallest openings and opportunities for submissions, like the opening sequence at 0:08 when a simple grip break can become a straight arm lock / bar…I could watch this for hours and hours

It's always a wonder to see a great black belt move in a sparring. They look like a guru who knows every bit of his opponent's next move and the way of dealing with it. He is so calm and slow, but put his opponent surely in his wits' end all the time.
