He tried to play on that season after Roland Garros (where yes the injury emerged), but August was when he formally called an end to his 2021 season after playing in Washington.

@@davidcoulter1058 They didn't use "August" because he ended his season that month. They used it because that was the month of his last match that year. He didn't cancel the rest of his 2012 season in June. The point is that this video is misleading viewers. They should have included the month of when the injury occurred along with the month in which he cancelled the rest of his season.
