Ferrara, Italy is a city in the northern part of the Emilia-Romagna region. People know Ferrara for the university of Ferrara, the Ferrara food, and the Ferrara tourist attractions. I used to live in Ferrara. Right at 4:41 you can see a taller bright-yellow building behind that chapel... I lived in there. And as you step over the moats bridge and turn right, right along that short moat wall, I proposed to my wife. I ricordi!

That was one thing about Italy that I loved- you can get gelato in the winter also.

You would be surprised, not everywhere has gelato in the winter, for example most gelaterias in Alto Adige close in the winter.

@@RafaelDiFuria Really? In that case, I might not want to live there. I just remember the first Italian city I visited was Milano in January and despite the cold, I had my first Italian gelato there. I had come in by train from Germany where all the gelato places were closed for the winter.

Rafael Di Furia you already know that Alto Adige is a little different from the rest of Italy, most gelaterie are open all year round, especially in the cities.

The chocolate cake you had is a traditional cake, from Ferrara, called Torta Tenerina. You can find similar cakes in Emila Romagna, for example, Torta Barozzi in Modena.

Ciao, my Amish friend! Kidding, the hat and beard, and scarf and coat reminded me of that. Ferrara was one of the places I thought you were going to move to, instead of Rovigo. It'd be interesting to see an in-depth video of this city. Maybe one day you'll venture further south to Bologna? Explore a bigger city?? First time watching you. Great video! We are staying in Ferrara for 6 days in May of 2020 and using it as our base camp to visit other villages on day trips. Ferrara looks wonderful and am I so glad we chose it as our base camp. Would love more info on Ferrara and neighboring villages.

Anche se parli molto di gastronomia Ho visto che hai girato molto Ferrara Spero che tu abbia anche visitato il Palazzo dei Diamanti che si trova nel centro storico nella via famosissima di corso Ercole primo se non mi sbaglio un palazzo tra i più belli del Rinascimento italiano che è sede anche di un museo però ho visto che nel video non appariva un saluto e al prossimo video.... Visto che poi eri a Ferrara dovevi provare un insaccato tipico detto Salamina che è una specie di salciccia.....e ora Un'ultima cosa Visto che parli abbastanza anzi molto bene l'italiano sarebbe il caso che qualche volta ti esprimessi con questa lingua almeno per far capire hai più che non conoscono l'inglese anche se i tuoi video sono soprattutto per i tuoi connazionali Almeno così penso Un saluto
