Italian fast food is without a doubt my favorite kind of fast food anywhere in the world. In this video, we'll explore some Pugliese and Sicilian style fast food in Italy. When talking about the idea of "junk food" in Italy it can be hard to find real "junk". Many times you'll be able to find a healthier option... or at least an option which isn't quite as bad as you might find at a fast-food chain. It's always a wonderful experience to try fast food in Italy. Each establishment often makes its own arancini or pucce or panini, whatever it might be, all in-house. So, you can always try something new and have the possibility to compare and contrast between various places.

@@RafaelDiFuria One more thing. When I was in Capri in June it was called SUPPLI which is more in line with what I'm used to making. Because it was called Suppli it didn't dawn on me what it was until BLAM!! That first bite. It was absolutely delicious. I was in heaven. So tomorrow I will make a mushroom risotto then use the leftovers to make arancini Sunday night to take to work on Monday. Again, thank you for the video. Maybe one day you'll case some pizza joints and let us know the real lowdown on authentic pizza. Non of the American type pizze. I know you touched on it in this video but pizza only.
