Unfortunately the gate keepers of the industry dictates fame, not talent. They control the artists, PR companies, tv shows, radio stations, touring circuits, etc. They are here to make money with people’s image. If one does not fit their criteria, they will move on and find the next one in line. I know because I live in Los Angeles and was a full time musician. We are saturated with talent here. We are a “dime a dozen” in Los Angeles/Hollywood. This is a business and people should realize already that marketability equates to fame and not necessarily talent.

She's been singing for years in her country. One album, but I think the album is her singing others songs. Don't know why she never hit a large record label, with song writers or even her own written music. All it takes is that one song, something new, cause Lord knows she has the voice. She's definitely a hell of a singer. She should have been a superstar from quite a decade but unfortunately she lacked luck. I've seen many great singers in this world that never made it big & remained in the dark performing under the shadow of well renowned singers. Becoming famous doesn't rely only on talent, it takes a combination of factors to be fully exploited. Music industry is highly demanding & always in search for something new that can make a hit. Glennis Grace spent most of her career impersonating Whitney Houston while she should have tried long ago to create her own style. Guess unfortunately it's too late to make a breakthrough nevertheless she'll remain a great performer in her country pleasing all the lovers of the golden era of Whitney Houston...
