Shark heads for bio fuel my man. Constant supply of shark!
@seeshellgaming68833 жыл бұрын
@@evanbutler9813 daniel is right. The best tip that i can give you is get goats. make buckets. the goat milk you can put in the biofuel and it gives a TON of food. plus if you don't use the bucket in a recipe you can reuse it. the main concern for making biofuel that i notice is not the food, but the glass. smelting sand for glass to use in the recipe for honey is the most time consuming thing that i noticed. I am keeping up with it well because i don't use my engines unless absolutely necessary.

I love how the design is so clean, deliberate, and efficient too. It seems like you get a lot in there without it looking like it's taking up a lot of space. For example, you don't have a lot of visible pipes going everywhere. And then of course all your comfy home and amenity areas. That is a work of art.

Great build…beautiful design. Side note: you only need 6 engines (you can have more but they’ll not add additional speed as 6 is the max out that allows you to go beyond 600 foundations). With your size raft, 6 keeps you at the max 2.5 speed). Great work on this!

So so cool!! It came out really nice, and so cozy! - I really have to give it to you larger Rafters, it looks so good, with room for all of the things without feeling cramped. I'm having to expand my tiny raft home a bit to fit in some of the new goodies, but it still wont even come close to this, lol. I love the look of larger rafts, but as a solo player they're too much to get around on the regular unless you're just sailing to sail. So I'll just admire and appreciate the likes of yours! XD I can't wait for Chapter 3! Both to play myself and for more Raft content from you. Hope you have a great week. Best of wishes!

If I remembered correctly, last time you said the large storage is cost inefficient. Why did you build them now? Do you mind to elaborate?
@seeshellgaming68833 жыл бұрын
Yes I did say that and Yes I will elaborate. Thank you for asking. The reason I switched over to the large storage box actually came from a comment by someone that really put things into perspective. Although the large storage box does not hold the same amount of materials that the smaller box does if you press O on your keyboard when you are in game you get the frames that your game is running at as well as how much allocated memory is reserved and what is being used. I did a test prior to changing my raft and I noticed in my crafting room that my frames were dropping to 20. Stupidly low. I realized it was because of the number of chests. even though it is still more cost effective for the storage boxes the large storage chests do effect your frames. I did a test afterwards in my new raft and went into my storage room. because i had half of the chests that I did on my old raft the highest/lowest and average of my frames was at 41 roughly. So by using the new storage I did help out my gameplay.
@tyrantking91203 жыл бұрын
im gonna guess the answer is while they are not as cost efficient they are more convenient. at the start she said she ended up going through something like 7 large storage boxes of wood. if that were stored in the smaller storage you would need what like 20 of them just for wood. that and there is probably a performance bonus for not having as many storage entities on the raft and if you are at that sage of the game and you have a lot of titanium you don't really have anything else to spend it on with there been no titanium tools or weapons so why not spend it on storage .
@TheBrookemarley3 жыл бұрын
Wow thanks for quick reply, I satisfied with you guys explanations So, it was for the frame rate, I see. Yeah I never had a gigantic raft like your's, so I didn't know about that issue Again, thanks for the answers

@seeshellgaming68833 жыл бұрын
if i had to take a guess i went through almost 12 large storage boxes filled with wood which equals to about 9,500 wood. A crap ton. I also had to spend about 350 metal ingots for reinforcing floors and updating some items i had. I went through only 3 large storage boxes of plastic. but I went through over 1 and a half large storage boxes of Scrap alone. then I went through an entire box of scrap nails. This was a very pricy project and I have been working on this save gathering resources for the entire 320+ hours i have on steam.

seems to me you have twice as many sprayers than needed. and ever think about having NO roofs above all your animals so the rain can help you with the watering?
@seeshellgaming68833 жыл бұрын
of course. i have double the sprayers because i already have them made up plus realistically it is less time that i have to run up there to replace the batteries. I know i will have to recharge all of them but if i have more it will evenly disperse the water and usage of the batteries which will make my time going up there to replace them longer. I don't want no ceilings. part of my design is aesthetics. while you can choose to do no roof I much rather prefer sacrificing some functionality for aesthetics. It all comes down to personal preference and what you want in your build.
