I think the entrance is sreprenica 1 , thay paddle 2 sections, the prologue and the graveyard which is white water level 3. Private tours are allowed although you need a river pass. It's important to get out at the right point because otherwise you will find yourself in class 4 and shortly after class 5 whitewater

Soča can be and it is fatal if you are trying to be a "hero", if you really are a professional then you're ok, but if you're an amateur better take organized trips!
