Omg. I just discovered your videos! I usually play the piano, but have started teaching myself the cello because I couldn't express myself fully on the piano...so happy I discovered people like yourselves doing this as well- Please continue releasing more music! Just a quick on; from your Tedx talk, is it correct that you tune your strings DADA? (ie, S, P, S, P)?

Thank you so much for the kind words. When I play Indian music I usually tune S-P-S-P but not always with D as Sa. I actually prefer C# and sometimes use C as Sa depending on who I'm playing with. Some light classical music also requires a P-S tuning instead as well as vocal accompaniment for female singers. Please also check out my web page, www.jakecharkey.com
