@@maxdubs222 Open your eyes, dolt. There's a reason people like RFK Jr and Tulsi Gabbard recently endorsed Trump because they said the Democrat party doesn't stand for the middle class person anymore. All the corporations and mainstream propaganda outlets are against Trump, dolt. Trump's policies about immigration and trade agreements are certainly not for the corporations, dummy. Who do you think wants cheap immigrant labor readily available? THINK! Or as RATM would say, WAKE UP!

@JohnnyDSlade
@JohnnyDSlade 5 жыл бұрын
It would be easy to appear a { genius ) in current times & know I mean no disrespect to any of my earthly Brothers or Sisters, regardless of who or what we gravitate towards, are influenced by or inspired to assimilate into, regardless of where we find our identities, we are all the same weather you like it or not and we are all being targeted from such a minority it's almost impossible to comprehend.......it's seriously like...is this a fckn joke? That a handful of some kind of Sub-Human race is dumbing down the main percentage of the worlds population through poisonous food, scalar tech, microwave freq's, Harmonics, Nanobots, smart dust, future tech, chem-trailing , try getting people to dig that when sooo many still don't know Fluoride which is in most council water supplies is the main ingredient in Rat poison , it's not good for your f*kn teeth it's absolutely toxic to the Human body, Fluoride also { by no coincidence } calcifies the Pineal Gland, basically encases it with a crust like casing that is detriment to Human Spirituality and self enlightenment....a frontal lobotomy of sorts........The younger gens are born in this technocracy era and feel inferior if they don;t have the most up to date tech sh*t.......and it's the tech shit that directly microwaves [thermally heats } parts of the brain usually used for sht like.....cognitive ability, short term memory, basic Neuron motor functions.......holding an articulate conversation with an engaging and knowledgeable person off the street these days is not an easy task. People need to listen to what's making them lethargic and disinterested, they also need to care, and then they need to throw that shit away and educate them selves on why they're being kept at a low vibratory rate........fuck looking at Cats on Vacuum cleaners.....use the internet to educate yourselves, first step would be realising everything you've ever thought to be truth, is simply not.....we've been lied to, mislead and fucked with on such an enormous scale it's easier to disbelieve, but once you start seeing the truth for what it really is there's no turning back. Zach's informed, intelligent, interested and articulate......which these days understandably appears as genius, and with current IQ's and concentration spans at record low levels, Zach probably is a Genius. Stop being complacent my people, we all deserve better than this....Do Not be fooled into giving away your freewill. Wake the Fuq Up.

The difference between this music and everything like it that was contemporary to rage or music that preceded it and was also revolutionary is that music was once artist driven and unpredictable. Most of the music of this century only innovates beats and style of delivery. But while those are both very important aspects of music they cannot ascend to existentially relevant without powerful lyrics and fundamental truth. Even when the the specific evils targeted in such music have been eradicated, these songs remain relevant because they address not only the reality of their contemporary political climate but they stand forever as weapons against the resurrection of the fundamental nature of these systems.

@GenHeinzGuderian 7 жыл бұрын
Psychobot - I wouldn't say that. Great bands have always been in the mainstream.. from Led Zeppelin to Nirvana. I'm obviously not going to name them all, but you can't say mainstream music has always sucked, its just this generation of people that only listen to crappy pop music. There has always been the justin biebers, n'sync, etc., the only difference today is that no one demands better music - stuff that requires actual instruments and talent. Even when nu-metal peaked in the late 90s early 00s.. at least you had bands like Korn and hell, even Limp Bizkit in the mainstream to counter those shitty pop boy bands.. there were huge numbers of people in society, me being one, who still demanded some sort of good passionate, angry music.. today everything is literally shit everywhere you turn. Those late 90s bands were the last bit of fresh air to actually be heard on radio stations, and that wasn't a great time for rock either, but at least it was something.

Damn straight. I love how they always stood for individuality, too... not just pushing a certain political party or set of ideals.

At 7:27 Zach said "if Rage could become an alternative social media for kids...." The term social media existed back then? That's really interesting to me the context of this statement and what he meant by social media. Another example of how forward-thinking this band was.

Foreshadowing what was to come one album cycle later when Zack left due to creative differences after their last album w original songs. Because their RAGE album was all cover songs. RATM is my favorite band of all time hands down but can not believe they almost lasted for 10 years. Which a decade in a band and being successful is a huge accomplishment in itself but I always ask and say how much bigger and better they could have gotten. Zack left due to the direction that the rest of the band wanted to go musically hence why they went the direction they went w Audioslave. I could never imagine RATM going for the sound they wanted w Audioslave with Zack on vocals. I hated audioslave. Its like the greatest bands of all time always have some kind of falling out. RATM self titled album changed my life and whole outlook and approach to creating music and politics. Misd that era of growing up in the 90s and self awareness and political hip hop and rock scene of the early 90s.✊🏾🤘🏾

Great music! Great skill! unfortunately Zack is not there anymore... but the soul still there I guess. Never gone. I guess they're all still make a great artwork by their way now, and it's great, still great. And I wonder how they look just the same, not a lot changing, physically and their skill too. They're look like 30 years old even now. Lots of love from Indonesia!

I wish there was a full recording of End Of The Tunnel with higher quality, there's just one I found which is audio only and is very low quality, as if you recorded it outside of the venue or something.
