Their band name kind of lets you know what you're gonna get: a flaming indictment against governmental/military actions--sonically and lyrically--like the Clash before them, (in the '80s). Being two RATM's members have Spanish/Mexican sounding last names, I'm guessing that this song's meaning is particularly close to their hearts. Glad you got your high-octane fix, Nick.
