This rage compilation was funny but I can see where it's coming from though. When you sit back there just zoning because you're expecting for the opponent to "adjust", when all they want to do is play & have a good time, it pisses them off. This game is supposed to be fun for everyone playing not just for one person.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
If high level play with strategy bothers you then don't play ranked or in a competitive environment. No one cares about your feelings in those environments. These dues are literally having temper tantrums because they can't do what they want. The world doesn't work like that and neither does Injustice 2
@ronwan14087 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez is this actual combat or is this a video game where folks are supposed to have FUN playing?? You're not going to find too many gamers that are going to like playing with a guy who just sits back there & shoots lasers all day long. Gamers complain because they're not having fun & not because they can't do what they want to do.
@ronwan14087 жыл бұрын

Gaming With Gleez it appears to me that you're just zoning to piss people off because you want them to "adjust" to you. You claimed that it's not about "playing the way you want others to play" but isn't that what you're doing? You're spamming so that others "adjust" & play the way you want them to play? Sounds a bit hypocritical to me.

I noticed that people with mics are the most idiotic and cancerous players in this game and MKX. Almost every single one I have fought with a mic insults me and says I suck if I lose to them. If they don't do that, then they play their stupid music the whole game. A lot of this community is toxic, but I have faith when I see people like you Gleez as well as other professional players. It makes me see that not all of them are idiots and are good people 👍

I wouldn't even say it is the Injustice 2 community, I would say it is all the people that play Injustice 2 that aren't really part of the community that act this way.

Zoning isn't my style, but it's in the game, so it's a legitimate playstyle, so why complain? It just makes me life a bit harder as Grodd xD
@dylancross10397 жыл бұрын
ItsASquid I'm going to post this as many times as need be. The association of zoning with projectiles has also resulted in comparisons to "spamming". A major point to remember in avoiding confusion of the two is that spamming relies on the same tactics without any form of adaptability, i.e. constantly throwing projectiles during the whole match; zoning, on the other hand, relies on varied tactics, maintaining pressure, and the ability to adapt to the given situation and the opponent's moves. A notable comparison is with a player who throws projectiles at any opportunity while not using any other moves, and with a player who throws projectiles and uses other long-ranged attacks only during specific moments.
@gerardmcauliffe40847 жыл бұрын
I see alot of people saying the gaming community is cancerous but really it's people like Gleez that incites rage by playing with no moral code, fighting is fighting on whatever platform you put it in, so why can't you play fairly? Reciting a move that is most definitely hard advance & block & that is spontaneously fast over & over again encouraging them to quit out of pure rage because you won't quit then to laugh at the anger they feel because you live by no code of honor, video game or not I can see it in your style of play & hear it in your voice; you never lived by a code of honor in real life; you never lived by a code of respect in real life; you are a person who would take criticism over mutual respect because you imply strength, no it implies cowardice thru fear of failure. Strategy is Strategy, but not all strategies are needed to win. You clearly didn't deserve any wins you obtained with Darkseid everything about this video was in bad taste.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
Gerard McAuliffe so using the tools a character was given effectively is cancerous, but cursing at your opponent and yelling at them through your mic is cool. Got it. Thanks for the insight.
@gerardmcauliffe40847 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez never said using the characters tools were cancerous but to abuse a particular tool is what is. One person might be excited about a 2D fighter only to barred by players who abuses said tools & put down the game or resort to fighting fire with fire manifesting the cancerous nature of this play style. For instance, Supergirl, who has plenty tools to use but most beginner who run into gamers with scammer tendencies online resort to her Space-port because they feel they can't effectively combat their opponents. Basically, don't shame players, encourage players.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
Gerard McAuliffe how someone reacts to losing is not up to me. If I am using a tactic that is working I am going to keep doing it. That's how competition works. You associate certain moves or tactics with cheating but that is just not the case. Your mindset is skewed. A player should go into a fight with a game plan in each match up and stick to it until someone adjusts. If they dont, you keep doing what is successful. Nothing negative about it. That's how it works. Until you grasp that concept you will not understand.
@gerardmcauliffe40847 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez I grasp that concept a long time ago. & Again not saying you're wrong. Fighters should, as the greatest known martial artist ever said, like water & fighters shouldn't stray from their original gameplan but controlling a match & scamming have a fine line between them to a certain extent. & As well you can't control one's reaction but you can control yours & humiliating players after in fact "scamming" them is in my opinion bad taste for a community that is already becoming more & more toxic & people are abandoning the fighter genre all together. We are seeing growth but decline as well. This is stopping newcomers or novice from ever enjoying the beauty of competitive gameplay.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
As I said, you see certain moves as cheating or "scamming". Until you get past that made up, fake idea, you will never understand. I am not humiliating anyone. These people took it upon themselves to curse at me, tea bag me, and be disrespectful to me because I am better than them in a video game. The problem is them, not competitive players. I am not discouraging anyone, but would venture to say it is quite the opposite. I play matches and talk with many people from high level players to up and comers who just want some match up experience. I have helped hundreds of people become better at fighting games with not only tutorials but also taking my own personal time out and playing them in matches and discussing the match ups with them. I also try to do my best to feature players in the community weekly on my twitch as well as here. Meanwhile you are coming on my channel and defending people who curse at me, tea bag me and you tell me that I am humiliating them because I use moves that are "scams". You are delusional. The only people who are "toxic" and stopping new players from competing are the very people you are defending right now.

Alright look, you bought the game and you can play how you want, but there is a lot of spamming. Honestly, rage quitting is dumb, and a lot of the time a well placed roll will end it and that's what they should've done since spamming leaves you pretty predictable, but you can't blame people for not wanting to fight a spammer.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
sure I can blame people for calling me names and saying hurtful things because I am better than them at a video game. If someone wants to compete they need to be able to adapt and play against all gameplay styles and strategies. Not just the ones they like or approve of.
@sonicbelmont3007 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez Well yeah, name calling and just being toxic are uncalled for, I'm just saying that people getting upset is to be expected with this play style
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
Not really. Not if they understand the game and how it works. It is very rare that people that play competitively complain about spam and degrade the other player. Some match ups literally dictate keep away as well. You play the match ups based on the tools of the characters. If your opponent struggles against zoning, you keep zoning. If they cant block your mix ups, you keep mixing. You do what is successful. No one plays to let the other person do what they want. They also should not change what they do to preserve their feelings. I don't care about my opponents feelings at all. If they cant beat me and call me names they are just a trash human being. I dont care.

@Gamingwithgleez6 жыл бұрын
Estecino Toyo no it isn't. It is part of the game and a major part of his skill set. People shouldn't even be mad. That's how the character works. Utilizing all the character's tools doesn't give someone the right to call someone names and yell at them through the mic. That mind set will ensure you never get better. You should learn how to adapt and adjust to all the moves a character has, not just the ones that fit the imaginary rule book in your brain that no one else is aware of.

Estecino Toyo I don't care if someone isn't putting in the time to learn. I don't limit my tool set to appease feelings. If someone doesn't have time to learn or doesn't want to, they can't complain. They also shouldn't play competitive modes, or they should just play offline. "Spamming" isn't even real. At least not in the sense you are using it. Players literally should use the same strategies if it is working and they should force their opponent to adjust. Why stop doing something if it is working? Makes no sense. If someone keeps getting hit by the same strats and move sets it is solely on them and they should be mad at themselves and no one else.

These people are in all regards "salty" but you are truly just zoning. And like other zoners, you are playing with no skill needed. Zoning in any form is horrible play. If you mix it enough with actual good play. Nobody should or can complain. I think you are talented enough that you don't need to zone. Come on man. Some of these people just don't like to be zoned like that. Want actual play.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
Spencer Abts zoning takes much more skill than mixing your opponent up close. That is a common misconception among casual players. And why should I change what i am doing if it is working? It is on them to adjust. If I can zone someone out all game I will every time. Also Injustice 2 is created with a heavy emphasis on archetypes. Certain characters are meant to zone. It is why they exist.
@Spencedog_237 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez True. By I'm talking from a "just my opinion" "not trying to insult you in any way" side of things. I guess my only other question is wouldn't you rather not zone someone though? I can do it too. (Not saying in any way I could beat you or anything.) And personally I don't find it fun. I'd much rather take someone's salt who's saying I'm just beating them because of my gear or some shit. And there's no excuses besides they can't stop me. I understand your point will still stand. I just know for a fact you can kick ass without it. I feel you would have more fun too. Sorry if I annoyed you man. Just my point of view. Like the channel.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
I love zoning. I find it fun and challenging. Choosing a zoning character and not zoning is like someone choosing a rush down character and not doing any combos. It makes no sense
@Spencedog_237 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez You are not catching my drift. Never mind man. Have a good day.
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
I am understanding. You just view zoning as something you shouldn't do. Like it is bad or something but the reality is characters are literally built to be zoners. Their moves push the opponent away, they lack inside tools, they excel from a distance. To play a character outside of their archetype is counter productive. If you are asking if I want to play a character out of their archetype to appease people's feelings about zoning the answer is no. If you are asking if I play any rushdown characters, yes I play Superman and Green Lantern. They both have zoning tools, but arent as oppressive as many others in the game and both excel up close in most situations.
@cybermartyr877 жыл бұрын

@matanfgaming5587 жыл бұрын
Gaming With Gleez look mate you can sugar coat it as much as you want but everyone knows that people zoning are ever salty 12 year olads who only know that one move or people like you who do it for a reaction. And as much as i hate to say it but halo is my turf and if i was to play that poor excuse of a mortal kombat copy cat game id lose half the time too which is why they are losing is because there casual players vs salty try hards sugar coating the fact that your shit
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
You are completely wrong. I don't zone to get a reaction... I use the tools because that's how the character plays. It is the character's archetype. That's how fighting games work. Your ignorance is showing. It also isn't a fact of "only knowing one move" .. I know all the moves and the optimums for all the characters I use. In fighting games you use the tools that the character is equipped with at the highest level. That's how you play. I don't care if it hurts your feelings. I don't care about your feelings. The fact you deem people who curse at someone, be little them and call them names as victims in this situation shows me that you have that whole "victim mentality" all sewed up. The truth is, in life no one owes you anything. You can cry and complain about the things that pose challenges to you in life or in gaming but in the end if you don't adjust you will just be a failure. And when you complain about it to me in Injustice 2... I'm just gonna pew pew pew through all those tears.

Gaming With Gleez here we go again with the sugar coating look mate i know you can do a good combo but like most players your that guy who zones not because you can't but it's because you can and its an easy win just because you knew most of the players you were vs couldn't adapt to the salty 12 year old move stick a pin in it we are done.

how exactly do you have fun spamming lasers every game with darkseid? smh some people can only have fun by pissing others off
@Gamingwithgleez3 жыл бұрын
That's how the character is played. It has nothing to do with pissing people off. Darkseid is a zoning character with high risk, high reward mix up potential. You play within the parameters of the programming, not based off coddling feelings. People have to adjust.
@chipdip82833 жыл бұрын
@@Gamingwithgleez you can talk all fancy about darkseid but it still doesn't change the fact that all you did was back forward 1 every game to make people mad for content...
@Gamingwithgleez3 жыл бұрын
@@chipdip8283 its not fancy, just a fact. You play the game how its programmed, not to coddle your opponents feelings. If you don't like someone zoning you, then adjust and stop them. Simple

@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
Why not? Some characters are built to zone. It is their archetype. You have to be able to adapt to all types of styles, not just the ones you like.

you should try trolling with Harley Quinn, cat woman and cheetah. They literally don't have a walk, they cartwheel everywhere 😂 cartwheel then use the heavy attack twice then cartwheel away then repeat it, it's quite fun tag 😂

I love when i read the comments and people are saying that Gleez's is spamming and thats not how you play the game, The game was made for fun, If someone finds it fun to sit at the other side of the screen and shoot lazers, Then there is no reason you can say that's not how you play the game, As long as hes having fun then hes playing the game right

dude i dont even play injustice and i can tell your game with darksied is just annoying spam and keep away sure every so once in a while you get close and personnel but most of your game is merely chip damage with that character. along with superman and whatever other characters you play but i can tell that the injustice community also doesn't like you due too not only this video having more dislikes to likes. but probably cause your doing it on purpose to get footage and views. thats all i have to say, on that note have a wonderful day

Rage quit and salty - yet you are spamming moves and causing those to get salty and quit - there is a phrase for that - its called trolling Plus I've read the comments below - on what planet was this how the game is supposed to be played XD - you don't see pros doing this sh*t
@Gamingwithgleez7 жыл бұрын
This isn't trolling. This is how the game is supposed to be played. Watch the NRS Stream when they cover Deadshot and other zoners. They discuss this and tell people that Deadshots zoning and other zoning isnt changing and is implemented how it should be, so get used to it and practice against it. And yes, you zone with zoners. You must not see many high level players play the game if you think Deadshot mains aren't zoning. Do your research on the game and study it more to get a better understanding. In the end you will be a better player for it
@chumba1327 жыл бұрын
Oh you are correct that the vast majority of deadshot players are zoners, but a pro finds a way to counter that with timing and combos - beating them at their own game is just a cowards way out - and yes if you watch the tournaments online you will find that a minimum combo of 9 is a general rule of thumb or at least the minimum effort - I'm not THAT good to be considered pro but I don't take personal pride and present glaring smugness in sitting in the corner firing omega beams repetitively and calling that 'skill'
