Rage RC Lockheed Electra Maiden Flight & Review

Hello everyone! Today I am doing the maiden flight of The Lockheed Electra from Rage RC. I am very aware of my flying location by the dog park/ lake & am below 250G on all planes and finding a more suitable location to fly my micro planes ASAP! Please be respectful with your comments. hey that was a very nice flight. I would recommend to you get the HH Beechcraft, its one of my fav birds to fly and I have several vids up on my channel and its such a nice bird and flys great. Thanks for sharing bud!!👍👍👍👍👍

Yes the Beech 18 is one Awesome foamy model to fly, and very well designed!!

I love the looks and the fact that I could purchase a Spektrum compatible version, sort of BNF. But had to do a ton of fixes to repair a bunch of factory goofs. No problem binding to my iX14, all functions worked except throttle arming. Could be cause I fly Mode 1. When I receive some extra batteries I'll contact Rage RC tech support and see if they can help. Just wish the quality control at Rage was better, they produce some beautiful planes.

Yes I completely agree! That’s a great idea! Unfortunately with the quality of this plane, the gear doesn’t work anymore and it still flys good but I hope Horizon Hobby makes one like it in UMX!

I watched your video again the plane is a little tale heavy you need to check the C/G bring it a little forward hence the reason landings are at a virtual stall ,when you cut the power some the nose should come down and allow for better control with a little speed . Fly it to the ground, just cutting the power isn't right, but the right c/g will give you much better control.

You have to land with power. Not a chop the power on final and glide it in model. Must land with power, or you will stall it like you found out. Cool little model. Thanks for the video.

@@rafaeltorres2886 Yes it is into the wind, the plane is very cheaply made, it may fly one more time! But takes more than one flight to learn certain airplanes most of the time, so we will keep the power up upon landing!

Need to find out if compatible with edge TX so you can lose that p.o.s. transmitter and go from there

This airplane is very cheaply made and that was probably its last flight but I got the NX6 I could try to pair too maybe in future

I'm not sure how anyone could actually recommend this plane. It's complete and utter garbage. Don't buy it, trust me.

I would definitely agree, part of the landing gear servo popped out 😂 I hope they make higher quality in the future! This plane probably has about one more flight in it!
