Thanks! and those cuts are there because i tend to say "umm" or just pause and i absolutely cant stand an "um" er when I'm listing to a guide. I have gotten better at not saying it at all but this vid was taking too many takes to get right already.

Ah so you don't understand it then. You are supposed to click on that and it explains why it has put you under hit cap. It is probably because if you reforge another piece you will have to take away from crit. so its telling you that it is better to be like 0.02% under hit cap than to lose 300 crit rating. If you want, you can turn that mode off by clicking where it says "edit weights" and checking the Enable "At Least" Mode box.

am suffering on being a fury warrior. arms seems to do so much more dps at ilv 500~. maybe things will get better when i get my 4pcs and smf

sometimes i got exper and hit cap than when i go to mr.robots it says i need to change some stuff and when i look right that side got the nerve to say : DUDE YOU PUT ME UNDER CAP WHY!!!
