I don't care how connected John Matrix is, he's going to prison for life for what he does in this film. Multiple assaults, murder, kidnapping, GTA, escaping from custody, destruction of private and public property, border jumping, plane theft, and flagrant use of _Rokit loncher!_ This movie is so bad, it's brilliant.
@charlesvan1310 жыл бұрын
The movie explains why Matrix's former team members were being killed off. They were being killed off by the former dictator of Valverde whom Matrix's team deposed. And they faked Bennet's death, so he could work for the dictator and get back at Matrix. He hated Matrix because Matrix kicked him out of the unit.

Just watched this movie and it's amazing, the script is very clever and well made, it's great fun and tight action, but it's really a product of its time. I'm thoroughly enjoying it whilst also really being amazed by the American style lack if realistic character moments. The women isn't constantly in total panic. She straight up becomes good sidekick, totally on board with using rocket launchers on cops and flying him to an island to murder everyone... and the girl after being kidnapped and seeing a guy get impaled is obviously not traumatised in any way... the whole movie is like that but it's still a masterpiece that knows exactly what it is.
