This song is similar to Stan, but 2 totally different situations. Stan the guy kills himself girlfriend and kid. All because Em would not write him back. "All I Ever wanted was one lousy letter or a call.". This song the guy commits suicide after fighting for so long. Quad helped him through the times when he was depressed before, but the guy couldn't fight anymore. Quadeca didn't respond to his message, but was NOT the reason the guy killed HIMSELF. HAD Quad responded would the guy have still been alive? Probably not. Had Em responded to Stan then Stan probably would not have done what he did. Stan was completely infatuated with Em. Regardless the similarities are definitely there and I get the comparison but they're also very different in respects as well. I'm SURE Quadeca took inspiration from Stan when making this song. The song is lit 🔥🔥🔥🔥
