08:47 I get the same thing dude. You might be able to kind of "skip" the worst part of the migraine. Soon as you realize one is coming on try this... Get a cloth and soak it in hot or cold water and keep it over your eyes and keep your eyes closed for about an hour or so. It leaves me with just the "sore after feelings" from a migraine, like if you move your head quickly it stings but without the any of the throbbing pain, nausea, or sensitivity to lights and sounds.
