Agreed. You can't just take a show, movie... anime and slap a random song with it. Both the music and the scene at that particular moment have to be in sync and fit the context of what's going on. If done right, the song and the visuals tell a story that breathes life. You know how many times I've turned off a craptacular Dragon Ball to Linkin Park? But yes, this is up there with the good ones. Holy shit, this is brilliantly edited :o The parallels, the synchronization with the beats of the song, and the thoughtful way you connected each clip to the lyrics (showing the carousel horses at “animals,” showing the flamethrower part at “fire,” etc.) I love this video a ton XD Probably gonna come back to it for an unhealthy amount of rewatches

The only reason this doesn't look like an official trailer is the fact that it has so many spoilers. It would be perfect as a recap before the release of a new season, even if it doesn't delve deep into the story, it gets you hyped. The editing is top notch, the way it mirrors the lyrics, the rhythm, etc.

Seems like a pretty happy song. Frank is not a happy man. He relieves the same traumatic event each day and since he has a sense of duty and was a soldier he just became a workoholic to distract himself from the pain. I don't think there is any happy ending for him though he's just killing time because he can't live a normal life ever again.
