Thank you so much! I am so happy to hear that my videos sound great to you! I use a cheap 20-dollar lavalier mic here, and in some of my videos. BOYA BY-M1 is the model name. You can buy it from Amazon. I love it. It sort of makes my recordings a little bassier, which works for me. The mic is omni-directional, which makes it a perfect little mic to clip between my singing mouth and my instrument. This way it captures both voice and instrument well. It is all trial and error with capturing the perfect balance of voice and instrument. I play softly because I don't sing loudly, so the instrument doesn't drown out my voice. I recorded with a banjo lately and I made sure to clip the mic nearer to my mouth as the banjo is just soooo loud. I highly recommend this mic. You can hide it under your shirt or out of the video, but I have been too lazy to do that. Have a great day and weekend!

@@jk39656 you're welcome. Oh yes i forgot to mention. So i used that lavalier mic plugged into my phone and recorded with the camera app. This mic can also be used on a camera with a 35mm mic jack. I put my video in Capcut, a free video editing app on my phone, where i can increase the video volume, add filters and even draw on it!
