This recipe is very tasty and mouthwatering. Good for health packed with calcium, phosphorus, iron and other micronutrients. So do try it and let me know the feedback.
Ingredients
* 2 cups of ragi flour
* Fistful of Badam, cashew, raisins and some powder of walnut
* 4 to 5 tablespoon of ghee
* 2 cardamom
* jaggery powder
Method
1. Roast the dry fruits
2. Cool the dry fruits and added to mixture. Jar. Add some jaggery for sweetness and two cardamom.
Make a course powder.
3. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of ghee. Add ragi flour. roast it until it turns aromatic. Add some more ghee if required.
4. Add the dry fruit mixture to the aromatic flour. Mix it well. Transfer the mixture into another bowl.
5. Warm up 3 to 4 tablespoon of ghee. Add some jaggery powder. If you require some more sweetness for this mixture into the bowl.
6. Mix everything well in spatula after mixing well prepare laddoos out of it. Voila our healthy ragi Laddu’s are ready to dig in.
