Just an FYI.. There is no cholesterol in nuts or any plant products. It has only Saturated fats. Only animal products have cholesterol. The recipe sounds very good. Thanks

You are wrong! Nuts contain oils which contribute to cholesterol. I had very high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.(cholesterol 221.43 and triglycerides 543.26). My doctor recommended me a diet which called for complete avoiding of cashew, almond, walnut, coconut, any kind of nuts, oil, butter, ghee, milk, cheese, paneer, eggs, and non veg. I followed it for 12 days along with intense exercises and workout, and my cholesterol lowered to normal levels.

XC YT you have to cook the ragi because it raw. And it's harder to digest if not cooked. 😀

Sangeetha Gowri keep feeding your child healthy carbs along with proteins to gain weight. Healthy carbs are grains, dals, rice, etc. and healthy proteins are milk, yogurt, cheese, meat and dairy products. And vegetables and fruits as well. Good luck 👍
