Ragi Flour and Green Moong Dosa is a healthy and instant dosa recipe that does not require rice or soda or fermentation, making it a convenient option for busy mornings or quick meals.. Both ragi (finger millet) flour and green moong (mung) beans are highly nutritious and provide a good balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, Calcium and other essential nutrients. Ragi and moong dal dosa is not only delicious but also diabetic-friendly and suitable for those looking to maintain a healthy diet. Here's a simple recipe to make this nutritious dosa:
Ingredients:
(Makes: 10-12 dosas)
Ragi Flour /Finger millet flour - 1 cup
Green gram/moong - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Jeera/cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Green chilli - 1
Pinch of Hing
Salt to taste
Water - 2 + 1/4 cup or as needed
Ghee or oil for roasting
Toppings:(Choose your choice of vegetables)
Onion
Carrot
Coriander leaves

@@bhusanur.cooking I tried this recipe . Came out very tasty . Mine was not crisp because I added whole soaked ragi instead of powder with soked Channa and red rice spiced with whole red chilli . Zeera , sombu,ghinger, salt and ground to a paste and made Adai dosa out of it with coconut chutney and idli podi. It was the best recipe full of wholesome protein and calories control healthy breakfast . I suggest ppl to try out this channel healthy recipe and subscribe and like for this channel to grow more . This healthy cooking channel created more healthy recipes for us to enjoy. Do try and benefit especially those who are in weight loss journey .If this cooking channel want she could have easily created more oily look yummy tempting recipe and she could have get more viewers and like easily .
