Great vlog Zuzka! Lorna Jane seems so sweet, that looked like a nice brunch! Woah, wait! There's Jesse, all dressed up, and NO flannel?!?! :D I'm surprised we haven't had any smoke or ash from that fire up here in Mojave, but the firefighting planes have been taking off from here since it started - hopefully it'll be under control soon. The fire was in front of my house in Santa Clarita. Many of my friends had to evacuate and we were on stand by for two days. It was very intense the air was horrible and ashes everywhere. Thanks to the amazing firefighters and community help everything is lightening up!

How is it after so long you continue to inspire me so much?? I love the dedication which I also have to working out. I was a member of you zgym for so long and after moving country again (as a way to meet people) I joined the gym but I feel that I am not working out as hard as I did with you!! I think it may be time to think about joining again. I have a 8kg Kb, a 16kg KB and 2 DB's of 5kg each. Think this is enough for the zgym and I may be moving country again so might be the time soon. I LOVED this! I hope you do more of these. You are SUCH an inspiration to me Zuzka. I've been following you since you did pull-ups underneath your stairwell (you probably don't remember those, but they are what got me motivated to do pull-ups.) You are incredible and I just love you. Again, do more of these - they are great. BTW - I made your chocolate bar the other day (cocoa powder, coconut oil, swerve) - I will never have to buy a Hershey bar again - I found my candy! THANK YOU!!!!!

Hi Zuzka! How ironic, yesterday started a fire here in the mountains nearby. It's very sad. I'm in zgym for a year and I always think it's funny that we live in similar regions, climatologically. Here, unfortunately there are often fires in summer. Anyway, I am very grateful to you and your workouts, are changing my live! Okay I try my hardest not to ever make a comment because I don't want you to have to waste your precious time reading mundane crap! However when you said that the cat looked and sounded like it was possessed I absolutely lost it! You are so fucking amazing I can't even tell you how much I just fucking love you! I don't know why but I feel like I know you deep in my heart. I definitely got an ab workout workout from watching just the first couple minutes of this video. I've been wanting to say this for quite a while now; I cannot do these videos with all of the weight on my shoulder muscles or resting on the balls of my feet because I get terrible cramps. I suffered an assault in August 2018 and my shoulder has been torn out of the socket since. I'm almost positive I was able to do these exactly as you're doing them into my late forties but once I got into my 50s after all the physical abuse I've been suffering for the last five years not able to do a whole lot.

You can use water bottles. Weights are a good investment but start with what you have or do body weight only workouts until you get some weights

Yes, I've heard the news here in Portugal about the fires there (California state). We had - and still have some, just less - a lot of fire ourselves as well but in our case a lot of it is arson (? I'm not sure if this is out it's told), which is a shame and I have no idea if that is the case back there as well. Well that was one fancy brunch, wasn't it? ;) Now your cat sounds just like mine! Those babies are so spoiled, aren't they? :p (Aha your face getting out of the dirty mat :D ) And finally: wt...? A George Clooney poster on your bathroom? Lol!
