Followed them around the country for a few years back in the 90s. I agree with you. This is one of my all time favorites. This album, Captain Beyonds first album, are the two albums i listen to every week since they came out. 51 years for CB, over 25 for this one

These folk should have been packing arenas. Great example of a record label not living up to their end of the deal. Dive in, you'll be glad you did. RIP ELYSE....

I rushed out and bought this cd after they received a great review in Stereo Review Magazine. They said it was album of the year then and after I gave it a spin I fell in love with their style. Finally something original in a cookie cutter industry. I still don't understand why they didn't catch on more. I remember reading they recorded this whole album in a semi truck trailer on a 16 track machine. Screw the big corporations, these guys didn't need them!

I've been to Greg and Aliece's house before, they're wonderful people and they had a beautiful old home. I just wish I could find that old DVD that has the alternate video for this song. I think they still live about 20 miles from my house, I should go visit them again someday.

When you have a music industry that churns out SHIT for the majority of people that enjoy listening to SHIT, its no surprise that great bands like this come and go without being noticed much. But that's okay, those of us who know...KNOW!!!!

A word to the videographer: Put these guys in focus dude. Creating atmosphere is all well and good, but when you can’t make out the band members, you’ve missed the point.

Good one! Join my rare hair and 80's metal, AOR group on FB. Search Rare and Unknown Hair Metal. This is for people that want to hear the rarer music from the 80's that we aren't hearing today. Also newer bands that have the same sound.

Good song... mmmm but I remember another sound... I remember a song from about 1987.. with a totally different sound... somebody can help me?

@curt883 I think I know why Raging Slab, along with other great bands didnt take off. Its because most of America loves crap ! It seems great music gets ignored, but bubble bum pre-made pop with auto-tune and digital everything gets top billing.
