Ragnaraika Traptrix 1.5 Card Combo Guide

Nice Combo! As a long time traptrix player, the ragnaraika cards are a fun addition. As for the 1.5 with mantis, I tend to find that forgoing the ragnaraika trap you can end the combo with rafflesia on board. (Assuming no interruptions.) The combo would be: NS mantis. Link>Sera. Activate Arach. Activate sera set holeutea. Activate holetuea sending any Ntrap for cost. Activate sera SS Dionea from deck. (Activate dionea if Tcard was normal hole Trap) Link Sera and holeutea to Jasmine. XYZ arch and dionea to strenna. Strenna eff to detach dionea then add dionea from grave. Activate jasmine tributing strenna for cost to special evil seed from deck. CL1seed CL2 strenna. SS sacred tree and attach strenna. add Bloom and beetle from deck. Banish the dionea from hand for eff of evil seed. SS beetle by placing dionea from banishment to bottom of deck. Link Beetle and seed for Skeletal Soldier. Beetle eff in grave SS any of you traptrix monters in grave. Activate Skeletal Soldier SS evil seed from GY. Link Skeletal soldier and Jasmine for Bengh. Link bengh and evil seed for stag. Activate Bengh in grave banishing jasmine and skeletal soldier to SS it back on field. Active Bloom in hand. Activate bloom to add RR armored lizard from deck. Discard any card in hand for the eff. Activate armored lizard by banishing any Tri-Type in grave to SS. XYZ armored lizard and your SS traptrix monster for rafflesia. You now have an end board of Stag, Bengh, Rafflesia, Sacred Tree (potential a set trap) with holeutea in grave to SS sera next draw phase. Overall, not bad for the the mantis 1.5 card combo.

I love this! As with most situations, it depends on what youre up against. Against some decks the targeted destruction is SUPER nice, other times the Rafflesia as a bonus might be better. It is another discard as well. However, sometimes youll want the extra negation that Rafflesia offers instead. I also love that this combo utilizes Armored Lizard! Thank you for the comment!

you couldve used the Mantis to make a Sera already instead of putting it back to your deck. Use Bloom to get a monster out to return for the link 2 and you just have the Sera already. Then Holeutea can be used for any Traptrix in grave.

Exactly, you're supposed to end with a Sera on board.

Funny, i played against someone on Traptrix Raika too but he didnt really know any combos. After locals we sat down together and came up with the exact same combo

So if you use bloom after you banish for the trap you can save the traptrix monster and get benghalancer under the other extra monster zone and use sera to take that zone.
