you unlock the other guy by having hans in your party, also if smoothskin dies to his special attack used by one of the visages you get an achievement. smoothskin will die if he has 20 or less health

Yeah, Thype is actually mistaken for a girl by Anton when he hits on him. And Hans chooses to go by she/hers since she thinks it's what suits her the best, even tho in reality she obviously doesn't have a gender (since she's just part of a macroorganism's lung system)

@@sammchenry1701 I am going fucking insane, I SWEAR that there was a tweet or SOMETHING from the dev (theTalia, the person who runs the Brutal Orchestra Twitter account) saying that Thype wasn't gonna have hair at first but decided to make her have hair to make it clearer that Thype was a she But I CAN NOT FIND IT?!? I don't think it was a random youtube comment (she's quite active here on Olenky's channel) because I remember coming back to it But there isn't a single mention of that hair thing nor of Thype being female and now I feel fucking crazy I might change my original comment but I SWEAR TO YOU that I am not insane and that it happened SOMEWHERE

Did not watch this episode fully yet, I am catching up with the series, though probably this is recorded after a patch that changed some things. One of those is that Agon got buffed for his attack(3 attack on lvl 1 now, which is sick as it is indirect damage that doesn't generate pigment and hit 3 spots, so you have 9 damage on lvl 1 fool) and he is sick with homeless hotline(which you just had in the shop in this run too). I really encourage trying it if there will be more episodes and you happen to stumble upon it again. I first saw this game played by Retromation and though it is great, but I would probably be lost in all those different attacks, controlling pigment etc. but then you started your series on this game and there was a lot of strange and different strategies that you used that made me thinking that there is so much interesting connections between fools and items, that I decided to give it a try myself. I am 50 hours in and with 107/135 achievements, where most of that is osman fights with different characters, as it almost always gave me heaven to fight. I think whene it comes to roguelites there are two fun factors. First one is learning everything and second is mastering. Though I took some fun out of learning because of watching you play the game, there still was many things I was able to find on my own and it was nice to be able to put myself to a challenge that is using all this knowledge from watching and using it in practice. I think another 10 hours and maybe I will be able to 100% the game, so I could say it is one of the faster roguelites to complete, but oh my... there is a lot of combinations of fools and items. Even though some characters seem less appealing(like Arnold and Fennec that just need too much of a build up during the fights), there is so much ways to make different fools useful thanks to different items and other characters it seems insane sometimes. Very often 1 item can change completely what is going on with the game. Like Homeless hotline on Agon or Gospel, or when you had the dolls, or those items that let you use any pigment without self damage. 40 hours in I was still finding new interesting combinations and 10 hours later I still have some items to unlock and more that I already unlocked but did not see yet and still need to play around. Not sure if you will read this, but thank you anyway. So many times you were like "you guys will probably think this is stupid, but I am gonna do this anyway". You made so many things work, that it made me play this by myself, when I thought this game might not be for me, yet I am having a blast now. I am sure I would be so scared of performing many plays, because I would not be able to tell if they're worth it, but it is no longer a concern after seeing your plays.

Charcarion didn't have link when Rags was hit because each one of his attacks counts as a turn, so one link wears off after his first attack
