Even if we were pumping in far more money into these services it is unlikely that they would keep up with the current flow. Just consider that if we remain in the EU, by 2020 we can expect to see migration running at over half a million per year. Can you imagine how many more schools and other public services would need to be put in place to meet those numbers? * Migration at this speed does not promote integration. People essentially form non-British communities within Britain, isolated from the rest of the country, not learning the language or customs. Some are even at risk of radicalization. * As a result of rapidly changing communities among other issues caused by immigration, far-right/fascist uprisings will occur. I want net migration in the tens of thousands, not hundreds of thousands. We'll still have a rising population but it will be more manageable. I would prefer if we had an Australian style points system to take in workers and people with skills we need, and prefer that at least for the first few years they bring their own health insurance. That is a recipe for success for everyone.

Crafty Ape Firstly a lot of that is due to bad investment from the government who has deemed tax brakes more important than investment in infrastructure. If you look at government spending on these areas you will see that it has been in decline. Infrastructure has never been designed for population growth in this country however over the past 40 years and population has increased by about 16% according to ons figures and predictions. So that is more than sustainable if you consider that year by year. You will also find that we do operate a Australian style immigration system for immigrants outside the EU, which is where the majority of immigrants come from. It is also worth putting in again because you have forgotten it seems that the EU immigrants actually put more into services than they take out. Yes we need more housing but it is external investors from the likes of Russia China and the Middle East who buy up these houses shortening supply. There is no evidence that EU migrants are displacing jobs or salaries in fact the opposite is true with evidence stating the effects are negligable. I would not be so quick to criticise EU nationals for sticking with their groups, UK residents have essentially an entire expat island in Spain and large regions of the rest of Europe are expect enclaves. Really when was the last French German Polish Italian terrorist or radical to set foot in this country? Net migration in the tens of thousands would as data has shown not be sustainable. We have a decreasing fertility rate currently. Bring their own health insurance, why? They pay NI which is for everyone and as I have pointed out EU migrants put in more than they take out.

@Charlie Francis I think it’s more of psychological thing with Eddie. He lost his mother at a very very young age. So I think the reason why he dresses up as a woman is to relive those memories. Which I respect and have the most sympathy for. But yes I agree, I also take a very Jordan Peterson view on gender and gender identity. No one should force an ideology, belief or religion onto other people. Transgenderism has unfortunately become a political ideology, which put actual people who are transgender (gone through the whole procedure) down.
