Why will the Agnoveer's father lie. Why doesnt the government share the details when it was transferred as claimed. There is a great different between sanctioned and credited to account. The question Times Now has to investigate is whether it is credited or under process. If it is not credited then what Rahul Gandhi said was correct. Is it not the Government job to expediate in this case if it is still pending verification???

Was it given by the Centre or Army to the then Punjab CM to be handed to the martyr ' s family or was it given by the state govt ? The truth must come out.

@@praveenkumar760003, maybe the rules adopted by defence. It can be amended as suitable for 21st century. But congress will not allow this , saying constitution will be changed. Yes our constitution was 80% copy of British constitution & was suitable for 1947 situation. Now computerised age , whatsapp age. So only more than 300 silly British law removed. There is difference between constitution amendment & change. Until unless it's amended, the system will followed by defence authority, even Rahul was pm Because they are liable to answer court, if someone asks prescribed / required documents. U know even today, if an central / state government retired, it takes minimum 2 to 3 months to get his dues, ( he gets pension) but he has to get clearance from, so many sections/ related departments. U just ask anyone u know retired one. Here retired person & department both alive. When he was in duty, his subordinate clerk , will not agree to forward file. Without clearance, though he knows very personally from so much yrs. This is our system
