I have had a terrible experience with Lenskart. The quality of the lens could be better, the people who do your eye checkup there are not professionals or certified. They are actually salespersons with some knowledge about glasses and eye power. It is better to get your eye checkup done by an ophthalmologist, not by people working at lenskart.

If it is a non listed company it's Financials may not be easily available for justification and if the valuation is future based profits estimates, Titan, a TATA group company who is in same line of business can post a big challenge in future, so valuation of Rs 40000 chores is very much on higher side

I went to buy from lenskart store, I gave then correct lens power and both of them were negative power. But when it arrived it came one negative and one positive. Then I asked them to replace it, they said frame is out of stock. Then I selected another frame then again they gave wrong power glasses. Then I asked for refund. It took them3 months to give refund. After 2.5 month when I didn't got the refund I went to store and started abusing them. Then they said their employee forgot to enter my bank account details for refund. So I again abused them. Now in 2023 local shops are giving better price and faster service. The shop from where I buy they have better lenses and gives me frame in 1-2 hour only. Plus lenskart is scamming Indians by selling them blue cote lens which is scam. Even doctors consider this as a scam but no one says on screen. For me lenskart is a fraud idea selling company.

Nearly 80% Acetate sheet China ka use hota hey including lenskart. Samj me ye nahi aa raha ki ye loss making company kise hey!!! Agar italian raw material (mazzuccheli) bhi use karenge to bhi jyada se jyaga uska Basic costing 500/- aspas rahega, fir bhi uski showrrom costing ko compare kiya jaye to bhi 30% ka net margin raheta hey. Aur ye Italian raw materials wala Acetate frame market me 8000/- se 16000/- ke aspas ka milata hey. Acetate sheet manufacturing is most profitable business but how it possible that lenskart is making loss!!!!
